What to Do on Mull
panel of pictures of Mull views
The following is by no means a comprehensive list of things to do on Mull - just a taster to give you ideas when planning your holiday. Also see the What's On Guide to Mull & Iona.

Mull and Iona's new swimming pool opened early 2008. Remember to bring your swimsuit and enjoy swimming in a pool that must have one of the most amazing views. Regular buses go between Tobermory and Craignure - please check timetables.
Children's Open Farm is a short walk from Tobermory, near the Aros Park entrance.
Sgriob-ruadh Farm is less than a mile from Tobermory. This is where the delicious Isle of Mull cheese is made. For tours please phone to book on 01688 302627
Horse riding at Killiechronan - please book in advance. Killiechronan is about 4 miles from Salen where you can hire a bike. For times of buses to Salen click here.
Golf - try a round of golf at either the Tobermory or Craignure golf courses - challenging but with wonderful views.
Fishing - information about and permits for loch and sea fishing can be found at Browns and Tackle and Books.
Bikes can be hired from various locations around Mull. You can catch a bus to Salen and Fionnphort and then hire bikes. You can also hire a bike on Iona. It is best to book in advance.
You can also hire a bike and take the ferry from Tobermory over to Kilchoan to visit the Ardnamurchan Lighthouse and Natural History Centre - but do check what time the last ferry travels back. Or you can take the ferry over to Drimnin and explore this isolated part of the mainland.
